Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Bellero product our return policy is as follows: All merchandise purchased at bellero-design.com may be returned within 21 days upon receipt for an exchange or Bellero credit (subtracting the original shipping and handling fees). A Bellero credit can be used indefinitely. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Please note that all Bellero products are individually crafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations add to the unique beauty and personality of each piece. We also have made every effort to display as accurate as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, colors also depend on your monitor and we cannot completely guarantee that your monitors display of any color is completely accurate.

All items returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise.

We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Please note: we cannot return headbands for hygienic reasons. Thank you.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. No credit or exchange will be accepted.

Instructions for making a return:

To make a return or exchange you must first obtain a return authorization number. Please note returns will not be accepted without an RA number.

To receive your RA number please contact us at info@bellero-design.com, please include a brief explanation of why you are returning or exchanging your purchase, and what you would like to exchange it for.

Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
